Shane is a keynote speaker, meditation guide, coach and creative who helps individuals and organizations unlock clarity, innovation, and success by creating more space in their lives. With over a decade of experience in meditation and mindfulness, combined with an eclectic background in corporate environments, entertainment industry, and big tech, Shane brings a unique perspective on how intentional space stimulates both professional and personal transformation.

Shane’s journey with meditation began in 2012, when an intense but well-meaning employer advised, “You have a very busy (read: stressful) job. You should meditate!” That advice sparked a profound shift—not in becoming monk-like, but in feeling more like himself. Less stressed. More focused. More creative. More alive.

Inspired by this transformation, Shane went on to work with the David Lynch Foundation, bringing meditation to at-risk populations around the world. Though his career spanned industries—from venture capital and big tech to interior design and filmmaking—his daily meditation practice remained the through line to his success.

In 2020, as workplaces around the world faced unprecedented stressers, Shane felt called to share his practice with others. What started as weekly meditations for colleagues quickly grew into a global practice—guiding teams at major tech companies, Hollywood production studios, boutique design firms, and beyond.

Now, through his keynote talks, Shane expands on this work by showing how intentionally creating physical and mental space, we can unlock creativity, improve focus, and transform the way we live and work. His engaging, humorous and inspirational talks empower leaders, teams, and creatives to move beyond burnout and embrace a more intentional, fulfilling, and high-performing way of living.
